U.P. Project Cooperative Ltd. (UPPCL), Lucknow is a registered Multi-State Cooperative Society under the Multi-State Cooperative Societies Act, 2002. The society was registered by the Central Registrar, Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India with Registration No. MSCS/CR/1635/2025.

UPPCL works as a corporate body engaged in engineering, construction, repair, public relations, supply, training and all types of survey-related activities. As per the provisions of its by-laws, the society actively participates in the works of Central Government, State Government, Public Sector Undertakings, Cooperatives, Public Limited Companies, and Non-Government Organizations.
